- The entry opened on July 7, 2014 and will be closed once capacity reached.

- 7th Isumi Health Marathon (Masuda Akemi Cup) brochure was released on June 30, 2014.

1) Information on how many brochures required (any piece of paper).
2) Return postage stamp (82-yen stamp for 1 brochure, 92-yen stamp for 2-3 brochures, 140-yen stamp for 4-6 brochures, 205-yen stamp for 7-10 brochures)
